1. The 30-Day Happiness Guarantee
Changed your mind? It happens. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund.

The Condition: To be eligible, items must be in their "factory-fresh" state—unused, unplayed with, and tucked inside their original packaging.

Please note: For returns initiated due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. You may return the item using a shipping service of your choice. Please contact our customer service at contact@Magtribe.com to obtain the return address before sending the item.

No P.O. Box Delivery: Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes via commercial couriers (FedEx/UPS). All returns must be shipped from a physical residential or business address.

The Process: Do not send items back blindly. Contact our squad at contact@magtribe.com first to get the official return instructions and a return authorization.
2. Defective or "Oops" Orders
We strive for perfection. If you receive a defective item or the wrong set:

We will cover 100% of the costs, including return shipping.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

USA Orders: Good news! We cover all customs duties and taxes for our customers in the United States. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no hidden fees or surprise charges at your doorstep.

International Orders: We offer a "Hassle-Free" shipping experience. All international orders are shipped with duties and taxes pre-paid by Magtribe™. You will not be required to pay any additional customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.
4. The "Non-Returnables"

Gift Cards: Non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. The Refund Breakdown
Once your return arrives at our hub:

Processing Time: Our team will inspect and process your return within 3–5 business days of arrival.

Approval: We’ll shoot you an email to let you know the status of your refund.

The Math: We refund the full purchase price. For defective orders, original shipping fees are also fully refundable.

The Wait: After we process the refund, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
