1. Order Processing & Shipping Rates

We offer transparent shipping with no hidden fees at checkout.

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Hong Kong Standard Time.

• Handling Time: 1-3 Business Days (Monday - Friday). Note: During peak seasons, please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch.

• Shipping Costs:

  • United States: FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $3.99 applies.

  • Rest of the World: FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $70. For orders under $70, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies.

2. Estimated Delivery Windows

Total delivery time consists of Handling Time + Transit Time.

• Estimated Transit Time: 5-10 Business Days (Monday - Friday).

• P.O. Box Limitation: Please note that commercial couriers (such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL) are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address to ensure successful delivery.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• USA Orders: Good news! We cover all customs duties and taxes for our customers in the United States. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no hidden fees or surprise charges at your doorstep.

  International Orders: We offer a "Hassle-Free" shipping experience. All international orders are shipped with duties and taxes pre-paid by Magtribe™. You will not be required to pay any additional customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.

   

4. Real-Time Order Tracking

We won’t leave you guessing. As soon as your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive a Confirmation Email containing your unique Tracking ID.

• Note: It usually takes 1-3 working days for the carrier’s system to update the tracking information.

• You can follow the journey of your box anytime on our [Official Tracking Page].

5. Dispatch & Logistics

While our headquarters is located in Hong Kong, to ensure the fastest delivery, your orders are dispatched from our regional fulfillment centers closest to your location or from our central logistics hub. This allows us to get your Magtribe™ sets into your hands as efficiently as possible.

6. Peace of Mind: Quality & Returns

We clearly distinguish between our long-term quality commitment and your right to change your mind:

• 30-Day Happiness Guarantee: Not what you expected? You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original "factory-fresh" packaging.

• Return Shipping Note: For returns initiated due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. You may return the item using a shipping service of your choice. Please contact our customer service at contact@Magtribe.com to obtain the return address before sending the item.
