2. Shipping, Customs & Delivery

By placing an order, you acknowledge the following logistics terms:

• P.O. Box Limitation: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes via commercial couriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS). Customers must provide a physical residential or business address.

• Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • USA Orders: Good news! We cover all customs duties and taxes for our customers in the United States. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no hidden fees or surprise charges at your doorstep.

    International Orders: We offer a "Hassle-Free" shipping experience. All international orders are shipped with duties and taxes pre-paid by Magtribe™. You will not be required to pay any additional customs fees or import taxes upon delivery.

     

• Delivery Timeframe: While we aim for the fastest route, the estimated transit time is 5-10 business days following a handling period of 1-3 business days.

3. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Our "No-Stress" policy is built on transparency:

• 30-Day Happiness Guarantee: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for "factory-fresh" items.

• Refund Processing: Once a return is received, please allow 3-5 business days for our warehouse to process the inspection before a refund is issued.
